SMT Operator job in Norton – Up to £30k
Hexwired has partnered with a company who are a leading company in the electronics sector. They are looking for a SMT Operator who will help to build and document the production of these product lines. Although you will be working in a team you should be able to work under your own steam.
PCB Assembly / SMT Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and maintain solder paste equipment, SMT line (including programming and component loading), reflow oven, and AOI systems
- Perform AOI programming, inspection, and report handling, along with manual PCBA inspection
- Ensure accurate product serialisation and maintain equipment for operational readiness
- Adhere to relevant IPC standards
The salary for this SMT Operator role will be up to £30,000 per annum. The company are rapidly expanding and are at the forefront of their industry.
