Senior Programme and Bid Manager job in London – DOE
Hexwired has partnered with a company who are a leading company in the European defence industry. They are looking for a Programme and Bid Manager who will be working on different projects effectively. Although you will be working in a team you should be able to work under your own steam.
Key skills required for this role:
- Extensive leadership experience delivering complex programmes and managing bids within multi-stakeholder environments
- Proven ability to lead major bids and programmes end-to-end, from inception through to delivery
- Strong capability operating within matrix organisations, providing effective multi-disciplinary leadership
- Highly developed commercial, contractual, and risk management expertise
- Robust governance, assurance, and confident decision-making skills
- Excellent relationship management with senior customers and executive stakeholders
- Willing and able to travel occasionally to customer sites across the UK and internationally
