Lead FPGA / DSP Engineer job in Royston – £90K – £130K
Hexwired is recruiting for a specialised company that builds highly sophisticated, cutting-edge software-defined radio platforms. Now seeking a lead FPGA/ DSP engineer to help develop and debug next-generation wireless devices.
The company are expanding to meet the needs of their clients and are seeking a lead FPGA/ DSP engineer to take full responsibility for the DSP implementations on SDR products.
This is a lead FPGA/ DSP engineer role primarily focused on working in a multi-disciplinary team to develop compact, low power next generation products.
Key Skills:
- Experience with software defined radios
- Detailed knowledge of DSP techniques
- In depth knowledge of Modem design
- In depth knowledge and experience with error correction schemes
- Extensive knowledge of Verilog or VHDL
- Experience with low-power design
