Senior Mechanical Engineer job in UAE – 50K AED a month
Hexwired Recruitment is working with a leading secure communications technology organisation to recruit a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their growing engineering team. This role offers the opportunity to lead mechanical design on advanced, high-reliability products used in defence, government, and satellite communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design mechanical components and assemblies using SolidWorks
- Perform thermal, structural, and stress analysis
- Ensure compliance with defence/aerospace standards (e.g. MIL-STD, DO-160)
- Manage prototyping, manufacturing, and supplier relationships
- Support testing including vibration, thermal, and environmental validation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the product lifecycle
Skills & Experience:
- Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
- 8+ years in mechanical product design
- Strong SolidWorks and simulation experience
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials
- Experience in defence, aerospace, or high-reliability sectors
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
