Software Development Manager job in London – £55k – £85k – Semi remote
Hexwired Recruitment has partnered exclusively with a world-renowned software house with offices in London. They are now seeking a Software Development Manager to lead the development team on a brand-new range of products.
The company is hiring to meet growing customer demand. As a Software Development Manager, you will manage a team of 10+ engineers day to day. You will also help shape the architecture and future plans for their products.
This is a semi-remote Software Development Manager role. Most of the team work in the office 4 days a week. Due to the nature of the work, you will need a strong technical or relevant engineering background.
Key Skills:
- Degree in Computer Science, Maths, Physics or similar
- Excellent background in C++ development or modelling-related industries (CFD, O&G, Gaming etc.)
- 4+ years of Project Lead or Team Lead experience
- Good experience liaising with customers on requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
