Senior Application Engineer Job In Augsburg, Germany | Salary: €70k – €90k
Hexwired Recruitment has partnered with a leading robotics and automation company. Due to continued growth and an expanding customer base, they are now seeking a Senior Application Engineer to join their growing team.
Required Experience for this Senior Application Engineer role:
- 4+ years’ experience deploying real-world automation systems into production environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with robot and PLC integration.
- Strong software/programming experience, particularly Python and CAD.
- Experience with AI-based vision systems.
- Comfortable working independently on customer sites and taking ownership of deployments.
- Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
- Native-level German and professional English.
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel extensively.
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple deployments and communicate effectively with international teams.
