Recruitment Consultant job in Watford – DOE + Uncapped Commission | First Year OTE £60K – £70K+

You’ll work closely with experienced recruiters, including company directors and managers, who will provide one-to-one support and guidance to help you become a top-billing consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Build new business through outbound calls, emails, and relationship development.
- Engage with employers and job seekers daily, matching talented candidates with exciting opportunities.
- Attend meetings with clients ranging from start-ups to established global businesses.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
- Source niche and high-calibre talent across the technology sector.
- Represent and promote the Hexwired brand within the technical recruitment market.
- Work collaboratively within a close-knit, high-performing team.
- Contribute to the continued growth and success of the business.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
- Previous experience in a sales, customer-facing, or fast-paced environment.
- Evidence of being a high achiever, whether through work, academics, sports, or extracurricular activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated by results and financial rewards.
