Program Manager job in Salford | Up to £90k
Hexwired has partnered with a company who are a leading company in the aerospace sector. They are looking for a Program Manager in Salford to ensure appropriate standards, processes and controls are followed throughout the project lifecycle, from concept to completion, to achieve quality, business, schedule and financial objectives.
Key skills required for this role:
- Direct experience in the design and development of spaceflight hardware and/or software
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
- 5+ years’ experience managing technical projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing projects from bid through execution and completion
- Familiarity with Project Advantage or similar project scheduling tools
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative
- Ability to communicate complex information to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience managing and reporting project budgets and resources to senior management
- Proven ability to identify, mitigate and manage project risks
- Willingness to travel as required
The salary for this Program Manager role will be up to £90,000 per annum. The company are rapidly expanding and are at the forefront of their industry.
