Principal Software Engineer job in Bristol – £65k
Hexwired Recruitment has partnered with a Solutions Provider, who are now looking for a Principal Software Engineer to join their growing team! This company provide tech solutions for a range of global industries, increasing efficiency and cutting costs.
In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing high quality software products, producing accurate technical documentation as well as overseeing software architecture, design and system assessments. In this role, the successful candidate will work collaboratively with the Software Lead, driving product delivery and supporting the team.
Key Skills:
- Experience in a leadership position, with effective communication skills and history collaborating cross-functionally.
- Strong background in developing applications with Java and the Spring Framework.
- Experience using JUnit in writing code.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and experience working in Agile environments.
Additionally, whilst not required, familiarity with ETL processes and Azure are desirable.
