Lead R&D Engineer job in Stevenage – £60k – £70k
Hexwired has partnered with a cutting edge company specialising in innovative industrial heating solutions, Now seeking a Lead R&D manager to help shape the future of their next-generation products.
The company is expanding its operations and looking for an experienced R&D lead to play a critical role in the development of critical hardware.
In this R&D lead role, you’ll be responsible for end to end electronics design, covering everything from initial concept through to product deployment.
Key Skills:
- Strong technical background in Electronics, software, embedded software or hardware.
- A degree in a relevant field
- Team lead or management experience
- Background in high-reliability systems, preferably from the aerospace, automotive, or energy industries
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a knack for thriving in a fast-moving, environment.
