Fitter & Turner contract job in Surrey – £16.67p/h
Hexwired has partnered with a company who are a leading specialist Electronics manufacturer. They are looking for a Fitter & Turner who will be reporting to the Production Manager on a contract basis for a minimum of 6 weeks. Although you will be working in a team you should be able to work under your own steam.
Key responsibilities for this role:
- Assemble and build robotic equipment and related mechanical systems.
- Plan and prepare work steps to achieve project objectives efficiently and accurately.
- Understand production processes and how they relate to the products being manufactured.
- Operate manual milling machines and lathes safely and precisely to produce components.
- Develop and maintain checklists to ensure all project requirements are met.
