Embedded Software Quality Engineer job in Fleet – DOE
Hexwired has partnered with a company who are a specialised defence firm. They are looking for an Embedded Software Quality Engineer who will be reporting to the Engineering Manager. Although you will be working in a team you should be able to work under your own steam.
Key skills required for this role:
- Solid understanding of software quality and product assurance standards (e.g. ECSS-Q-ST-10C, DO-178B, AS9115, or equivalent).
- Hands-on experience using static analysis tools such as CPPCheck, Lint, SonarQube, or Helix QAC.
- Proficiency with code coverage tools including GCOV, LCOV, LDRA, or VectorCAST.
- Familiarity with CI/CD integration and tools such as Git and Jenkins.
- Working knowledge of the Linux operating system and related development environments.
