Embedded Software Engineer job in Winchester – C/C++ – DOE
Hexwired Recruitment has partnered with a rapidly expanding R&D company with offices near Winchester. The company is looking for an Embedded Software Engineer with strong experience in using Embedded or C++ for Arm based products.
The company develops revolutionary products for its industry. In addition, it works with some of the largest manufacturers in the sector. As a result of continued growth, the company is expanding its engineering team. You will play an integral role within the business and contribute to the development of an exciting new portfolio of products.
As an Embedded Software Engineer, you will develop software for low-latency applications. Therefore, experience in this area would be highly desirable. You will work closely with the wider engineering team. Furthermore, you will also have the opportunity to influence the development of new products.
Key Requirements:
- Degree or Masters in a relevant field (Telecoms, Computer Science, Physics, Maths, Wireless systems)
- Up to 5 years commercial Embedded C or C++ experience.
- Solid experience working on products utilising ARM Processors or X86 Intel Processors
- Good experience working on low latency based applications is highly desirable (Networking, Semiconductor, finance etc)
- Experience working on Python is highly desirable but not essential
