Embedded Software Engineer Job In Oxford – Semi remote – £45k-£60k
Hexwired Recruitment has partnered with a unique Engineering company based in Oxford, who are now seeking an Embedded Software Engineer to develop a range of safety critical products. They are working with customers globally to develop novel solutions to a range of applications, utilising the latest technology available! You will be working as part of a dedicated Software team, developing a range of unique products used across a number of industries so this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a more varied role.
This is an Embedded Software role focused on safety critical product development. The company are keen to see Engineers from industries such as Medical, Aerospace, Automotive and similar.
Key Skills required for this Embedded Software Engineer role:
- Degree in Embedded, Electronics design or similar
- 3+ years commercial Embedded C experience
- Good commercial RTOS experience (FreeRTOS, SafeRTOS preferred)
- Solid experience working on safety critical products in Automotive, Aerospace, Medical or similar
- Ability to gain security clearance is highly desirable
