Embedded Software Engineer job in Folkestone, Kent – £60k – £70k – semi remote
Hexwired Recruitment is recruiting for an international Electronics Manufacturer with offices in Folkestone in Kent now seeking an Embedded Software Engineer to help a brand new range of products utilising technologies within Optoelectronics, energy and more! You will be working as part of a small, dedicated team developing a brand new product from the ground up.
The company are expanding due to recent successes in their industry. They are seeking an Embedded Software Engineer ideally with experience working on high speed processors, as well as solid experience building Device Drivers from Scratch. You will be working with some of the biggest companies in the world.
This Embedded Software Engineer job is based in Folkestone in Kent. The company operate a hybrid model, with 3 days on site and 2 days from home.
Key Skills:
- Degree in Embedded Systems, Electronics and similar
- 3+ commercial Embedded software experience
- Good commercial RTOS experience (Zephyr ideally)
- Good Device Driver design experience
- Microprocessor Architecture experience
