CFO Job In Oxford | Up to £150k (dependent on experience)
Hexwired has partnered with a company who are a specialised R&D company. They are looking for a CFO in Oxford who will be responsible for leading the organisation’s financial strategy, planning, reporting, and overall financial management. The role provides strategic financial leadership to support sustainable growth, profitability, cash flow optimisation, risk management, and long-term business performance.
Key skills required for this CFO role:
- Professional accounting qualification, such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
- Significant senior-level experience in finance, financial control, or strategic financial management.
- Demonstrable experience leading budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
- Strong knowledge of financial controls, accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and translate financial data into commercial decisions.
- Experience leading and developing finance teams (ideally SMEs).
