Business Development Manager job in London | Up to £70k (depending on experience) with OTE earnings of £100-110k
Hexwired has partnered with a company who are a specialised infrastructure manufacturing firm. They are looking for a skilled and experienced Business Development Manager in London who will own customer opportunities from initial engagement through to contract award, mobilisation and account growth.
Key skills required for this role:
- 3+ years’ experience in B2B business development, account management or commercial roles, ideally within construction, utilities, infrastructure or engineering.
- Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, tenders and procurement processes.
- Strong commercial, negotiation and proposal development skills.
- Confident engaging operational, technical and senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, organisation and pipeline management skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple opportunities using CRM and forecasting tools.
- Willing to travel across the UK, Europe and occasionally further afield.
The salary for this Business Development Manager role will be up to £70,000 per annum. The company are rapidly expanding and are at the forefront of their industry.
