Power Electronics Design Engineer job in Bristol – £50K
Hexwired have partnered with a cutting edge electronics design and manufacturing firm based in Bristol, now looking for a Power Electronics engineer to join its design team and support the application of new product designs.
This is a Power Electronics position that will involve working closely with all departments and developing and designing both digital & analog power and control circuits.
This is a Power Electronics role primarily focused on new product implementation as part of the design team.
Key Skills:
- Degree in Power Electronics, Embedded Electronics, Embedded Systems or similar
- Experience in Hardware System Design and Schematic & PCB layout
- Use of electrical test equipment such as PSU’s, Load banks, DMM/DVM
- Use of software IDE’s, development boards, and emulators to assist with embedded programming
- Ability to work in the UK without Visa sponsorship
