Senior Software Engineer job in London – £60k-£80k
Hexwired have partnered once again with an exciting audio company seeking a Senior Software Engineer, the opportunity to work in an innovative and rapidly expanding company, this is an ideal time to join and have a significant impact on the team.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining C++ software applications
- Implementing multi-threading techniques for performance optimisation
- R&D for future products
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate software with hardware components
- Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code
- Participating in and providing constructive feedback in code reviews
Requirements for this Senior Software Engineer role:
- Strong proficiency in C++ programming 3+ years
- Experience with multi-threading in a Linux environment
- Familiarity with Qt and/or JUCE frameworks (preferred)
- Previous experience in the audio domain (desired, not mandatory)
- Strong product mindset
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Salary: £60k-£80k
