Senior Software Engineer - Weybridge – Semi remote - £55k - £65k
Hexwired Recruitment has partnered with a rapidly expanding Electronics manufacturer company based in Weybridge who are now seeking a Senior Software Engineer with excellent commercial C++ or Java experience on Linux.
The company have recently won a lucrative project, and are now expanding the team across Software, Hardware and Test. They’re now seeking a Senior Software Engineer with good exposure working on Linux.
As this is a brand new R&D project, they are open to Senior Software Engineers working on a range of projects. Due to the nature of the work, the role will be mostly onsite. The ability to gain security clearance is essential.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors, Masters or PhD in CS, Computer Science, Embedded Systems, Physics or similar
- 3+ years commercial experience writing C++ or Java
- Excellent experience writing software for Linux
- Experience on Netbeans is highly desirable but not essential
- Ability to gain security clearance
