Scrum Master – London - £60k + 10k Bonus

Hexwired Recruitment is recruiting for an innovative digital transformation organisation who are now seeking a Scrum Master to join their team.

The role will include planning, refinement, reviews, daily stand – ups and retrospectives. In addition to being responsible for improvements to, and maintenance of product supply chains.

Key skills and experience needed for this Scrum Master role:

• A deep understanding of the reasoning behind agile processes and frameworks
• Expertise in agile software delivery methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or others.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Hands-on management of agile teams working on complex products
• Background in development and test
