Embedded Software Engineer - £60k – Semi remote – Reading

Hexwired Recruitment has partnered with a rapidly expanding Electronics manufacturer now seeking an Embedded Software Engineer with solid experience working on Embedded Linux applications utilising ARM processors.

They are seeking engineers who are able to turn their hand to new products quickly and you will get the chance to see the development process from design to manufacture. Due to the nature of the work this role will be onsite with remote working 1 to 2 days a week in their office near Reading.

Key Skills

A degree in Computer Science, Embedded Systems or similar

5+ years commercial Embedded software experience

Experience programming ARM based Microcontrollers

Good experience working on Embedded Linux

Previous experience working on products utilising GPU’s is highly desirable but not essential

The company are offering circa £60k dependent on experience along with an excellent benefits package. Due to the nature of the work, the company will need you onsite a few days a week with some flexibility around this. If you’re interested, please apply.
