Embedded Linux Engineer - Stowmarket - Semi remote - £50k - £70k

Hexwired Recruitment has partnered with a rapidly expanding Wireless solutions provider who are now seeking several Embedded Linux engineers with solid experience working with IOT protocols to help develop their next generation of products. This is a greenfield project and you will be a key contributor to the R&D process from the beginning.

The company are developing products in a lucrative market and already have a strong presence globally as well as a solid product range. You will be working as part of a mid sized team on both Linux Kernel development as well as Userspace Linux applications. The company are looking for engineers to be onsite once a week in their office near Stowmarket, Suffolk.

Embedded Linux Engineer - Stowmarket - Semi remote - £50k - £70k

Key Skills:

5+ years commercial software experience

Excellent commercial Embedded Linux experience

Experience working with messaging protocols (RabbitMQ, MQTT, CoApp or similar)

Experience working with IOT/Telecoms protocols is highly desirable

experience using Python to build scripts
