How Does the Referral Program Work?

Our Referral Program is simple and straightforward. If you refer someone you know to Hexwired Recruitment for a job opportunity and we successfully place them in a position, you become eligible for a referral reward of up to £1000.

What is a Successful Referral?

A ‘successful referral’ is a referral that results in us placing a candidate in a job who passes probation or provide us with client details who are searching for a candidate; we make a placement and they pass probation in that job. You can get up to £1,000 as a reward – this will be dependent on whether it’s a junior salary band, mid-level salary band or senior level salary band.

The person you refer must either complete the relevant webform, providing all requested details or, if contacting us by telephone, provide your name as their referrer.
You must not be affiliated with the company you are referring, either as an appointed Director or shareholder, or a person with significant interest.
To qualify for the reward, the name of the referred person or client must not already be on our database and cannot already have been referred by someone else.

There are occasions where multiple individuals or businesses may refer the same individual to our services. In these circumstances, we will only honour a referral reward to the referral we received first. This means we will only pay once for a name referred to us.

Can I refer more than once?

There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make. For each additional successful referral you make, you will receive the reward as detailed above. This will be applied automatically, once probation time has passed.

When can I claim my reward?

Get rewarded up to £1,000

Your reward will be automatically applied once the person referred has passed probation with the client.

This offer is valid from May 2023 only. We reserve the right to amend, withdraw or restructure the offer and reward at any time. Any decision made with regards to the offer is final.

Please not that our referral reward scheme cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
